Refund policy
If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened matcha and consumable products cannot be returned. We only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, or if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return, email hello@epure.co.nl with your order number and details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after inspection.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
